Do I need to create a SwissOxx account to purchase products?

You will be able to place orders on swissoxx.com without having to register a personal account. However, we recommend that you create a SwissOxx account to access the benefits we offer our customers. Furthermore, through the account it will be possible to speed up future orders thanks to the automatic completion of personal information.

 

Can I pay cash on delivery?

For orders with destination Italy, you can choose cash on delivery during the order checkout. The service has a cost of € 3, which must be delivered to the courier once he delivers the package to you along with the total amount of the order. We remind you that the courier can only accept cash.

 

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

You can enter the discount code while you are making the purchase in the field called “Promotional Code”.

 

How do I track my order?

When your package is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking code. By clicking on it you can view the status of your order.

 

What are the delivery times for my order?

SwissOxx orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

In Italy and Switzerland, delivery takes place within 2-3 working days from the day the order is shipped (for the islands and remote areas, shipping can take up to 4 working days).

For other European and non-European destinations, delivery can take up to 6 working days, depending on the destination. In the case of shipments to more remote islands or areas, delivery times may be longer.

 

Why was my order canceled?

It may happen that an order or part of it is canceled by our internal system. Some of the most frequent reasons for cancellation include:

  • item/s not available;
  • inability to process payment information;
  • the delivery address provided is incorrect or non-existent;
  • cancellation requested by the customer.

In case of problems with the order, our Customer Service will contact you by e-mail or by telephone to explain the reason for the cancellation. Don’t worry – canceled items will not be charged to you. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

 

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Most orders arrive on time, but delays can occasionally occur. If your order did not arrive within the delivery times specified on this page or specified in the shipping email, we recommend that you check the tracking page to see if the order is delivered.

If the package appears to have been delivered, but in reality it is not, we suggest that you:

– check who collected the package;

– check for an attempted delivery notice in your mailbox;

– contact the courier using the delivery confirmation and the tracking number you received by email.

You can also contact us to get shipping confirmation or delivery status information.
