How can I make a return?

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

The refund will be made upon receipt of the returned product and will take place by the same means in which the amount to be returned was paid. Only intact products, never used and in their original condition, can be returned or exchanged. Items without a seal will not be accepted.

RETURN PROCEDURE

The return shipping costs are charged to the customer. Only the item amount will be refunded. Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of purchase by sending a request to contact@swissoxx.com. We would appreciate if you provide us with the reason for the return so that we can improve our service. Upon receipt of the request, we will send you a form to fill out and return to us.

How and when will I receive a refund for my return?

Once the returned product has been received, we will initiate the refund of the amount that should be credited to the payment method used within a week.

How does Klarna work in the event of a return?

When your return is approved, the installments already paid will be refunded while the installments not yet paid will be canceled. In case of partial return, the refund amount will be deducted from the remaining installments.
